MyIntealth Pause in Services in Effect

Intealth took all services offline today at 8:00 a.m. (U.S. Eastern Time) for a 4-6 day transition period to MyIntealth™, the new platform for accessing our services. During this time, you will be unable to submit new applications/service requests or access current online services.

What You Need to Know

  • New applications/service requests cannot be submitted until MyIntealth launches
  • All payments in your financial account remain secure and will be available when you log into MyIntealth
  • The MyIntealth Applicant User Guide is your primary resource for navigating the new platform after launch
  • We will notify you via email when MyIntealth launches and services resume
  • Our customer service support team remains available during this transition
  • Visit the Transition to MyIntealth section of our website for more information
