MyIntealth Pause in Services in Effect

Intealth took all services offline today at 8:00 a.m. (U.S. Eastern Time) for a 4-6 day transition period to MyIntealth™, the new platform for accessing our services. During this time, you will be unable to submit new requests or access current online services.

What You Need to Know

• New requests cannot be submitted until MyIntealth launches
• Applicants have been notified of this transition period
• Entity account information and existing authorized entity user accounts will transfer to MyIntealth
• The MyIntealth Entity User Guide is your primary resource for navigating the new platform after launch
• We will notify you via email when MyIntealth launches and services resume
